A licensed doctor decides. A licensed pharmacist prepares.
Obra is a Philippine telehealth platform for weight-loss care. A PRC-licensed doctor reviews your free assessment and decides whether treatment is right for you. If it is, your medicine is prepared for you alone by a licensed pharmacist. You can also fill your prescription at another pharmacy.

A real doctor. A real pharmacist. A prescription made for you.
Obra connects you with a PRC-licensed doctor online. The doctor reviews your health information and decides whether care and any prescription are appropriate. Nothing is prescribed without that review.
If you are prescribed treatment, a licensed pharmacist at our verified partner pharmacy prepares it for you by name. The pharmacy holds a License to Operate from FDA Philippines. You are free to take your prescription to a different pharmacy instead.
Check the license before you trust the medicine.
In the Philippines, selling, distributing or retailing any drug without an FDA License to Operate is prohibited, and practicing medicine requires a valid certificate of registration. Check before you trust.
Check your doctor
The Professional Regulation Commission issues professional licenses, and practicing medicine in the Philippines requires one. Every doctor who prescribes through Obra holds an active PRC license.
Check the establishment
Under RA 9711, selling, distributing or retailing any drug without an FDA License to Operate is prohibited. You can search FDA Philippines' verification portal.
Check the product name
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®. Be wary of anyone selling them as the same thing.
Check the prescription
A legitimate GLP-1 medicine starts with a doctor's prescription written for you, never a checkout cart.
Check the label
FDA Philippines has warned against unregistered tirzepatide sold online, including vials labelled "for research only", "99% purity" and even "compounded". Don't inject a product sold for research use.

You
Complete the assessment, receive your medicine, and choose which pharmacy fills it.

A doctor can say no. Ask anyway.
The assessment is free. If treatment is not right for you, that is the answer you will get.
