Platform

The operating layer for doctor-led weight-loss care.

Obra is the system between a patient's assessment and a pharmacist's preparation: intake, records, doctor review, patient-specific prescriptions and refills. It is not a storefront.

Patient profile

Built from the assessment, not a shopping cart.

The profile brings together structured assessment answers: goals, health history, current medicines, height and weight. It is organized for the doctor's review.

BMI is calculated and shown to the reviewing doctor as a signal. Nothing about a patient's care is decided automatically from it.

Goals and health historyStructured answers
Current medicinesRecorded for review
Height and weightBMI shown to the doctor
Clinical decisionsMade by the doctor
Doctor review

Decisions go back to the doctor.

A doctor who holds an active Professional Regulation Commission license reviews each submitted assessment and decides the next step: a prescription, more questions, lab tests, or a consultation.

Only licensed doctors prescribe through Obra. The doctor stays the prescribing authority.

Pharmacist preparation

From a prescription to a preparation for one patient.

The prescription goes to a licensed pharmacist at our verified partner pharmacy, which holds a License to Operate from FDA Philippines. The medicine is prepared for one named patient. We don't name the pharmacy on this site yet.

The pharmacy's products are independently tested by Janoshik (Czech Republic) and SGS Manila. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
