For doctors and clinics

Your patients are asking about GLP-1 medicines. Keep the decision with you.

Obra handles the work around a GLP-1 prescription for Philippine doctors and clinics: patient intake, records, and coordination with a verified partner pharmacy. You evaluate the patient and decide. Nothing is prepared without a licensed doctor's prescription.

Patient-specific compounded medicines

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by a licensed pharmacist for one named patient, on a licensed doctor's prescription. They are distinct from Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, and results from trials of those brands should not be assumed for compounded versions. How patient-specific compounding works

  1. 01

    The doctor decides.

You evaluate the patient and choose the medicine and dose. Nothing is prepared without your prescription behind it.

  2. 02

    The pharmacist prepares.

A licensed pharmacist prepares the medicine for that one patient. Under Philippine law, dispensing includes validating the prescription.

  3. 03

    Obra handles the rest.

Intake, records and pharmacy coordination run in the background, so your clinic can focus on care.

Completes the intake, receives care, and may use any pharmacy.

Obra

Runs the workflow between your decision and the pharmacist's.
