Who provides your services
Obra Health Inc. operates www.obra.health and provides technology and administrative coordination. Its registered office is Unit 10-01, One Global Place, 5th Avenue corner 25th Street, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, NCR 1630. Contact care@obra.health.
Independent medical consultants provide clinical assessments, advice and prescribing. They are not employees of Obra Health Inc. Your treating consultant is identified before care and is responsible for their clinical decisions. Their remuneration is not based on medicine sales or prescriptions issued.
ObraRx Inc., at Unit 2709, Medical Plaza Ortigas, San Miguel Avenue, Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig City, is the pharmacy supplier. It checks prescriptions, compounds where applicable, dispenses and arranges delivery. Obra Health and ObraRx are separate legal entities under common ownership. Each party remains responsible for its own services and legal duties. Obra Health does not diagnose, prescribe or dispense medication.
Eligibility and acceptance
The service is for adults aged 18 or older who are physically in the Philippines when consulting. Delivery is limited to confirmed serviceable areas. You accept these Terms through an active agreement at registration or checkout. Telehealth consent and optional permissions are collected separately.
Provide accurate identity, contact and health information, including your current medicines, allergies and relevant test results. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not falsify medical information, alter prescriptions, impersonate others, resell personal-use medication, harass staff or interfere with platform security.
Clinical assessment
After checkout, complete health onboarding for independent medical review. Your doctor decides whether tests or further assessment are needed. You may request a live or message-based consultation, but the doctor may require another format or in-person care.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication, a selected dose or a health outcome. Treatment and continued eligibility remain clinical decisions. General website content does not replace individual medical advice. This is not an emergency service.
Orders and payments
Before payment, your order summary identifies the suppliers, collecting entity, included services and products, medication quantity where applicable, taxes, delivery charges and total. Use only the GCash instructions provided for your order. We verify payment and provide an acknowledgment; this does not constitute clinical or pharmacy approval.
Medicine supply requires a valid prescription and pharmacist clearance and remains subject to availability and delivery suitability. If an item cannot be supplied, we explain the options and refund the amount paid for anything not supplied. A change in treatment, supplier, quantity or price requires the applicable professional review and your agreement.
The assessment and doctor consultation are free. When a clinician recommends treatment, you review the full four-week total before payment. Branded medicine prescriptions are filled and paid for at the pharmacy of your choice.
If the initial assessment finds you unsuitable for a prepaid medication program, we refund the full program payment, even after an included consultation. We do not retrospectively impose a standalone consultation charge.
Four-week renewals and cancellation
Programs run in 28-day cycles rather than calendar months. Continuous participation means approximately 13 cycles per year. We send a reminder at least three calendar days before the proposed renewal, showing the price and cancellation route.
With manual GCash, each renewal requires a new payment and the necessary clinical and pharmacy clearance. We do not automatically debit your account. An unpaid proposed renewal pauses without creating a new debt. Any future automatic-payment feature requires separate, express authorization after its terms are disclosed.
Cancel future renewals at any time by emailing care@obra.health. Cancellation takes effect when received; a later acknowledgment does not change that time. No early-termination fee or obligation to purchase future cycles applies. Current-order refunds depend on completed services and actual pharmacy preparation status, as explained in Shipping, Returns & Refunds.
Privacy, access and responsibility
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Marketing and recording choices are separate from general Terms acceptance.
You may use website content for personal purposes. Commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law. You retain rights in the information you submit.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or unlawful activity. Where practicable, we explain the reason and how to request review. Restriction does not automatically forfeit payments or prevent appropriate requests for existing records and resolution of unfulfilled orders.
We exercise reasonable care in operating the platform, but uninterrupted availability and particular health outcomes are not guaranteed. Separate legal entities and independent-consultant arrangements do not remove responsibilities that the law places on Obra Health itself. Nothing in these Terms excludes legally non-excludable liability or mandatory patient, privacy or consumer remedies. Patients do not indemnify us for our own misconduct or for making a legitimate complaint.
Complaints and changes
Email care@obra.health with your booking or order reference. Support accepts messages 24/7 and provides an initial response within 16 hours. Clinical and pharmacy complaints are routed to the responsible supplier. You retain access to competent authorities and courts under applicable procedures.
Philippine law governs these Terms. The relevant specific policy and clearly disclosed order terms govern their subject matter, followed by these general Terms; mandatory law takes priority. Buried terms do not remove advertised commitments or statutory rights.
We publish material changes and provide notice or request renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
