TDEE Calculator
Your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is roughly how many calories you use in a day. Eating about this much keeps your weight steady.

How it works
First we estimate your resting calories (BMR) with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation: 10 × weight in kg, plus 6.25 × height in cm, minus 5 × age, then plus 5 for men or minus 161 for women.
Your TDEE is your BMR multiplied by an activity factor, from 1.2 for little or no exercise to 1.9 for very hard exercise or a physical job. Real needs vary from person to person, so treat the number as a guide.
